This is the start of my project, my clock base, it has a bunch of lines that will lead to a circle
I added the circle and colored it red and I have to recolor the lines blue and make them 0.0001 weight
It was ready for from the laser and this is the preview screen
This is the base in the laser
These are roman numerals are going to be my numbers for my clock
These are the numerals after I made them have a 0.0001 weight and they are ready for the vinyl cutter
This is the preview screen before I cut the vinyl
This is the base that is going to hold my clock part in place on the back
I used the mill to for this part, this is preview screen
This is the mill cutting out my foam into the shape that I want
This is the back of the clock with the foam base and the clock part in it, I think this turned out pretty nicely
This is the clock base and the vinyl numerals and the hands, that all combine into the clock
So for this project I felted rushed and stressed the whole way through because I only had 4-5 full class periods dedicated to this clock and I had to change my ideas for it at least twice, because of outside forces that I couldn't control, but I got the clock done and I think it turned out really nicely. I used 3 machines the laser, the vinyl cutter, and the mill. I kinda lost the look that I was going for originally, because I had a lot going on, but I like the design I ended up with.
